We kindly ask our customers to ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as Vermilion Jewellery cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

An email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey.

Our couriers are trusted services, and as such Vermilion Jewellery will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

We use complimentary DHL Express and Australia Post Express which provide expedited tracked delivery to the following:

For addresses within Australia (Auspost Express);

Deliveries 2-5 business days, longer if the address is remote and requires a third party local courier or service.

For our New Zealand customers (DHL Express);

Deliveries 2-4 business days.

For our United States, United Kingdom  (DHL Express);

Deliveries 4-7 days.

We ship with DHL Express on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the United States, and United Kingdom.This ensures your order clears customs smoothly and arrives without delay.

For our Canadian customers (DHL Express):
Deliveries within 4–7 business days.

Complimentary DHL Express shipping is available to major Canadian cities — Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Edmonton.

For other International Customers:
Please contact us for a bespoke shipping solution.

Local Pick Up from South Brisbane Studio 2-4 Edmondstone St (Christmas Season)

We are happy to meet you kerbside to deliver your jewellery should you be in the vicinity. Normally this is ready in 4 hours. Just send a text to us in your pickup confirmation email and we will meet you so you can save any parking hassles. 

Visits to the studio can only made by via appointment.
